Refund Policy

1. Overview

Reelo TV ("we", "us", or "our") offers subscription-based access to premium short drama content. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions.

2. Subscription Nature

Subscriptions are recurring and billed in advance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually). By subscribing, you agree to pay for the full period at the time of purchase. Upon payment, you gain immediate access to all premium content for the duration of your subscription period.

3. No Refunds for Used Periods

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun. Access to content is provided immediately upon payment, and we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or change of mind.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical failure: If a technical error on our side prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your paid period.
  • Unauthorized charge: If your payment method was charged without your authorization (e.g., fraud), please contact your bank or card issuer first. We will cooperate with chargeback investigations.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at support@reelo.tv within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and a brief description of your situation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. No refund will be issued for the remainder of the current period.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and denial of future service. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before disputing a charge so we can resolve any issues directly.
