1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reelo TV ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. By creating an account, making a purchase, or subscribing, you confirm your acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Reelo TV is a video streaming platform offering premium short drama content. Some content is free; other content requires a paid subscription. We provide access to video content via web and mobile browsers. Service availability and content may change at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payments

Plans and Pricing. We offer subscription plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual). Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial periods. See our Refund Policy for details.

Price Changes. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at your next renewal. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content.
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Circumvent technical measures that protect our content.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Reelo TV, including videos, images, text, and software, is owned by Reelo TV or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Reelo TV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) will survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
